Creative Taste Operator Matt Burns was raised in South Dakota, where as a vegan punk rocker he learned his way around a cooperative kitchen – he’s been a DIY natural food chef ever since. Taking cues from his first job as a prep-cook in a small taqueria and his international culinary travels across the globe, Matt’s been developing these one of a kind blends for years. A novelist and classically trained actor, Burns works professionally in Film, Television, and Theater in the USA and abroad when he’s not delivering maximum rocknroll for The Brooklyn Salsa Company.
