Glen Industries, established in 1979, is the vocational and industrial division of The Arc of Schuyler, located in Watkins Glen, NY. The primary purpose of Glen Industries is to assist people with disabilities in finding meaningful employment. Glen Industries envisions an elimination of obstacles to employment by training and supporting people to meet the changing needs of the business community. The organization is furthermore committed to providing continuous training and skill development for people facing challenges and barriers to full employment. Strong partnerships are built with regional businesses like The Brooklyn Salsa Company in order to achieve this goal.

The Arc of Schuyler is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1978 by parents and friends of people with disabilities in the Schuyler County community. In addition to the vocational supports provided in part through Glen Industries, The Arc of Schuyler provides other individual and family supports.
