
1 1/4 lb Ground Buffalo Meat
A clove of Garlic
1 tsp salt
1 Tblsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 small sweet Onions
A little Oregano
a squirt of Agave Nectar
3 Tblsp of Olive Oil
1-5 Heaping spoonfuls of BROOKLYN
Mix ingredients together with bare hands
Slap patty’s of your choosing
Depending on size and taste cook 12-18 minutes on grill, broil or BBQ.
